- 2011
- Crafted using the “snow cone” method – freezing the juice, inverting the drums, then letting the rich, heavy syrup fall away, leaving the water behind as ice. This dessert wine is sweet, very rich, and aromatic, with principally stone fruit attributes moving to a long and crisp finish.
