Port Style Pinot Noir Rosé

Lindy

The juice is first concentrated by freezing, rendering a very sweet juice. Using arrested fermentation with un-aged grape brandy allows a ‘sweet’ spot to be hit; similar to a port. Created from our Pommard Clone Pinot Noir – A Rosé with staying power.
