Created form Müller-Thurgau whose fermentation was finished in a pressure holding tank, similar to finishing in a bottle.
2017 - Abiqua Petillant
Pinot Noir was blended in for color; a very difficult wine to bottle - it took nearly two years to accomplish the task.
Delightfully effervescent, in a sense, a dry version of the Müller-Thurgau, with its pleasing texture and dry finish in a screwcapped bottle.
We have a crown capped, heavy-weight bottle offering for the Tasting Room.
